Territory covers Scranton to Lehigh Valley. We are seeking a driven, high energy healthcare sales professional with existing physician relationships. This position will help locate or propose potential business deals through those contacts, and will explore new ways and opportunities to grow and market our company. Ideal candidate should have a motivation for sales, market knowledge, and excellent presentation skills. The Business Development Manager must be self-directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region. Training provided!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and developing Physician referral opportunities with new business customers.

  • Maintains positive relationships with existing customers.

  • Must be self directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree

  • 3-5 years sales experience in a service or healthcare related industry code, calling, presentations, and contract negotiations.

  • Preferred 5+ years' experience in healthcare services including managed care sales.

  • Prior experience with Physical and occupational therapy is preferred.

  • Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.

  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications
