CTG is currently seeking to hire an Epic Community Connect Architect for our prestigious client on the East Coast. The duration is for 1 year and this would be for a new implementation.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Work closely with operations, leadership, peers from other applications, Epic technical teams, and our clients to drive internal and external solutions

  • Be the system expert with the ability to communicate and demonstrate system expertise

  • Be creative and identify better ways to do things

  • Be innovativeAdditional Knowledge Requirements:

  • Epic

  • Vendor relationships

  • Approved coding standards

  • In-depth system knowledge

  • Deep understanding of operations

  • Stay current on Epic applications and other technology that may integrate with the system

Must have experience with:

• Ability to integrate with other software programs

• Partner with Epic and other vendors as necessary

• Five years related experience

• Strong understand of the core foundational build of Epic Care Cadence/Prelude and Community Connect (build, add-ons, deployment and optimization)

• Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills

• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Expert knowledge of relevant application workflows

• Excellent organizational skills

• Experience supporting third party applications

• Caboodle

• Tableau
