Job Description

• Ensure the timely delivery of clinical ancillary items, which are purchased by the sourcing group

• Track delivery status of purchase orders by communicating with vendors and checking with delivery carriers on a daily basis

• Regularly provide updates to management regarding PO and delivery status

• In case of delivery delays, immediately notify and work with sourcing staff

• Perform various administrative or vendor-related ad-hoc activities, as requested by the sourcing or finance groups

• Utilize various software, such as Excel or GPM, to make data entries and look up required information
