Kforce Customer Service Representative in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Kforce client in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (PA) is seeking a Customer Service Representative.Essential Job Functions:

  • Respond to telephone and/or written inquiries from employees, managers and vendors (phone, email, voicemail, fax) using predefined scripts

  • Advise employees on how to utilize self-service platform to perform self-service transactions

  • Execute Call Center responses, provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

  • Maintain performance metrics in line with Call Center key performance indicators

  • Contribute, where appropriate, to the identification of Call Center effectiveness, efficiency and process improvement opportunities and related measurement metrics; executes against effectiveness measurement metrics

  • Provide a customer focused experience through the timely and accurate completion of queries and activities

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent

  • Customer Service experience

  • Knowledge of processes regarding data input and processing

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong grammar and typing skills

  • Demonstrates ability to work with confidential data

  • Valid Driver's License
