The Senior Customer Solution Specialist provides customers with a hassle-free experience related to orders, inquiries, complaints, and other requests. This position will support and mentor CSS’s and suggest training initiatives aimed at ongoing development of department personnel. The Senior Customer Solution Specialist helps drive team goals by meeting individual metrics, while actively supporting continuous improvement efforts.
The Senior Customer Solution Specialist will be a key team player by:
Handle all customer needs in a timely and professional manner. This includes, but is not limited to, entering orders. Requests for quotes, material return authorizations, issuing credits, expediting orders, and providing product information.
Document customer interactions accurately and completely in CRM
Builds and maintains strong relationships with Gold tier distributors
Adhere to and help refine department work instructions and processes
Maintain product and professional knowledge by attending trainings and by reviewing relevant materials
Identify and implement methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
Resolve escalated customer complaints or requests.
Report out to the team on KPI’s weekly
Identifies, communicates, motivates and educates team members with new initiatives.
Train and mentor Customer Solutions Specialists
The Qualifications of the successful candidate will be:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of four years Customer Service experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Previous experience with CRM & ERP systems
Attention to detail and follow through
Excellent Verbal/Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Problem Solving and Logic Skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-paced team of individuals
Proficiency using Microsoft office products
