Overview

Hackettstown Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full Time Social Worker MSW.

Days, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Thorough assessment of patient needs and knowledge of community resources to address those needs for an outpatient population.

Qualifications

Education:

MSW and licensed (either LSW or LCSW)

Qualifications/Requirements:

1-2 years medical social work in an outpatient setting. Excellent communication skills; excellent computer skills
