Atlantic Health System Patient Liaison in Newton, New Jersey
Newton Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full Time Patient Liaision. Evenings, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. including every other weekend.
Performs patient rounds addressing needs and concerns in the Emergency Department. Reviews Press Ganey survey responses and reports. Identifies trends in survey feedback and provides recommendations for managers and staff. Participates in various performance improvement teams and initiatives. Actively rewards and recognizes staff in real time. Works with all departments to ensure a seamless patient experience. Provides support to managers and coordinators in all patient care areas as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree preferred
Candidate must have strong communication skills and a background in customer service. Proactive approach to addressing issues. Adept at managing escalation of issues. Ability to multi task in a busy patient care environment.
