Sanofi Group Public Affairs Project Management Officer - VIE Contract (W/M) in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania

Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Public Affairs Project Management Officer - VIE Contract (W/M)

As a result of the implementation of the Unified Voices KCI, Global Public Affairs group will be in charge of developing and executing Public Affairs Plans, coordinating Stakeholder Engagement Plans and ensuring support to elevate PA capabilities (Community of Practice, Expertise, Training)

Key Accountabilities

  • Unified Voices KCI Project Management Office (50%)

  • Develop and manage the project planning for Unified Voices KCI

  • In coordination with the project leader, manage reports, reviews and approvals with senior management levels (KCI steering committee & VEC validations)

  • Manage, review, and prioritize the project work plans to stay on time and budget

  • Set up efficient logistics

  • Provide status and progress to Sponsor & Leader

  • Report status and receive feedback from Leader

  • Meet with Workstream Leader to regularly review issues and monitor progress

  • Motivate and coach Workstream Leader and Team Members

  • Review and approve deliverables

  • Support management of communities (Intranet, yammer) and expert panel created by Unified Voices KCI

  • Planning support to Head, US Vaccine Public Affairs (50%)

  • Provide planning support to Head, US Vaccine Public Affairs (meetings coordination / preparation, budget preparation, and Advocacy team coordination)

  • Assist in the implementation of Vaccine Confidence Projects and assist in the coordination and sharing of Vaccine Confidence between US and Global PA

  • Provide support to key US Public Affairs initiatives and other special projects on an ad hoc basis

  • Facilitate implementation of Community of Practice in US

  • Participate in and support external interactions with CDC, ACIP, NVAC and other recommending bodies

Candidate:

Requirements

  • Master's degree preferred in pharmaceutical and business or Public Health related field

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in public affairs / commercial functions with specific experience in project management and business planning activities strongly preferred

  • Vaccine market experience desired
